    When taken Post-workout

    When consumed within 45-60 minutes of wrapping up your workouts, the supplement stimulates the process of protein synthesis and muscle growth.

    Recommended dosage - 0.03-0.05g/kg body weight per hour or 2-4g per hour during exercise and post-workout.

    BCAAs shouldn’t be consumed more than 3 times a day (depending on the serving size and concentration). The powder can be taken with water or a sports drink.
