Q: What is 'My Account'? How do I update my information?

Ans: My account is your account where you can check your past orders and any other details that you have filled out while purchasing the product. You can update the info anytime you want. Just use your login id and password and update the info.

Order Status Related

Q: How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Ans: Once your order is placed, if it is a prepaid order, you shall receive CC Avenue receipt with your order reference number. If you choose option COD, you will receive a message from the Proathlix team to confirm your order. In the case of COD, the confirmation message can be delayed due to any special festival or weekend.

Q: Can I order a product that is 'Sold Out'?

A: No. Currently, we do not provide the pre-order option.

Q: How do I check the current status of my orders?

Ans: Once your order gets dispatched, we will send a tracking ID via email or message. You can track your order with the same tracking ID. Alternatively, you can email info@proathlix.com or visit the website to chat regarding your order status.

Q: How long does it take to dispatch an order?

Ans: Usually, we dispatch the product the same day if the order comes before 4 pm same day. Though on weekend orders dispatch gets delayed.

Q: What is Cash on Delivery?

Ans: Cash on delivery option is one of the most convenient ways to order your product without being worried about the money getting stuck. This offers a hassle-free purchase experience. Just select your product and opt for the COD option to order your product. We will send you one message via WhatsApp or SMS to confirm your order. Once confirmed, we will dispatch your product right away.

Q: Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on Proathlix?

Ans: No. There are no hidden charges. All the products on the website are shown at MRP. MRP includes all types of taxes. You do not need to pay extra. Even, we do not charge shipping.

Q: How do I pay using a credit/debit card?

Ans: Proathlix provides a safe and secure method of payment. We are using a third-party payment gateway which is safe. You can check on Google about CCAvenue. We are using their service. You can pay with credit/debit cards without any issues.

Q: I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?

Ans: Your payment gets processed with our third-party payment gateway CCAvenue. This being said, your payment details are 100% safe and secure. In case of order failure payment gets deducted. Your money will be refunded within 4-5 business days. Q: What should I do if my payment fails?

Ans: In case of payment failure, and your money is still not deducted, you can try again almost immediately.

Q: How do you ship your orders?

Ans: We have partnered with multiple courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Safe Express, etc, to ensure swift and timely delivery. We dispatch products on the same day if you order before 4 PM.

Q: Do you ship to international locations?

Ans: No. Currently, we do not serve international locations.

Q: How much time does it take for an order to be delivered?

Ans: Usually, it takes 2 to 5 days. However, it completely depends upon the location. We have multiple courier partners so that we can deliver your product as fast as we can.

Q: How can I track my order?

Ans: You can track your order with the tracking ID we provide. Once your order gets dispatched, we will share your order tracking ID via email on your registered email ID or through WhatsApp on your registered phone number. We will also share the link with you so that you can easily track the order.

Q: How can you raise the delivery dispute issue?

Ans: If there is any delivery issue, you can raise the same with us only. We will make sure that you get a proper and timely resolution. On behalf of you, we will take it with the service provider and get the issue resolved.
