For best taste, mix one scoop (approx. 12.0g) of Proathlix Pre-Workout in 1000 ml (or as per desire taste) in cold water or with your favourite beverage. To avoid sleeplessness do not take within 4 hrs. before sleep. Drink plenty of water during workout. Once prepare consume immediately.
