    How to Use:

    For best taste, mix one scoop (approx. 12g) of Proathlix Pre-Workout in 250-300ml (or as per desired taste) in cold water or with your favorite beverage. To avoid sleeplessness do not take within 4hrs before sleep. Drink plenty of water during workouts. Once prepared consumed immediately.
