Shipping & Returns
We ship all ordered products within 1 business day. If the order comes after 2 PM, in this case, we ship products the next day. Transit times vary according to the shipping method. Please keep in mind that shipping times may be extended due to natural calamities, festivals or unforeseen circumstances that may hamper delivery. Please contact us to request expedited shipping if needed, and we will try to honour your request, if possible.
All orders will be shipped through ground courier unless otherwise stated. We do not charge a shipping fee for any product. However, we reserve the rights to change the nominal fee if required from time to time without any further notice.
Please ensure the following when accepting your order:
- Do not accept any product that appears tampered with.
- If you can, please record a video while opening the packaging as supporting proof.
- Do not break the product seal if you have any doubts about the authenticity of the product.
- Once the product seal is broken, we will not be able to accept returns/replacement for the product.
We want you to be completely at ease when ordering at Proathlix.com – you can return all items within 7 days after receiving the products. Please ensure however that the product is unused, the seal unbroken, and that the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact. No shipping charge will be lived on you for return shipping.
Once you want to return the product, please email us at email@example.com or call us at 011-40364839. Once we receive your request, we will arrange return shipping of the products. You do not require to pay anything for this.
We will refund your money within 14 days after receiving the product. The only condition i.e. product should be in the good condition and the box inner seal is not broken/opened. The Amount will be refunded through the same medium as you paid for the product. There will be no cash transaction.
In case you want no refund, but another product shall also be done. However, you have to inform us before.
Q: What should I do if I receive the wrong item, a damaged item, or missing units in my order?
Ans: If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per the description on our website or units are missing as per quantity ordered, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging, Proathlix Batch Number and images of products received along with invoice copy to our customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 011-40364839 (9 am to 5 pm Mon to Fri).
Once you raise the concern we will investigate the issue and revert to you within 24-48 hrs.
If the product is deemed incorrect by our team, we will arrange a reverse pickup, which will entail the following steps:
- Our courier partner will pick up the product from you in ~2-3 working days.
- Reverse pick-ups usually take a minimum of 5-7 working days to get back to our warehouse.
- Once we receive the product, our team will check the product to ensure that the product is returned in the same condition, as it was delivered to you.
- Based on this assessment, we will get in touch with you to either:
- Initiate the process to replace or refund you for the order (replacements are subject to availability).
- Send it back to you in the same condition.
Note – As per our Return Policy you need to raise a concern within 7 days along with proper product images and unboxing videos.
Q: What should I do if I receive a courier-damaged product?
Ans: We recommend that you do not accept the product from the courier person and kindly take images (or videos) of the same and share with us at email@example.com. Alternatively, you can contact us on 011-40364839 (9 am to 5 pm Mon to Fri). We will then be able to raise the concern with the respective courier partner.
Please Note: If the order is damaged, we will create a new order (same product) and quickly dispatch it to you.
Q: Are there any constraints to the products being returned?
Ans: All returned products should be sealed and in original packaging. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. For issues like rashes, upset stomach, headache, or any other medical issue, or flavour related issues products will not be applicable for return. Please consult a doctor before buying any product.
Q: The product I ordered is lumpy in texture. Can I request a replacement?
Ans: Due to their hygroscopic nature, ingredients in BCAA’s, Pre-workout and Glutamine tend to form lumps. However, the supplement is completely safe to use. We would recommend shaking the product vigorously to break down the clumps, and allow proper dissolution in water. Refund and Cancellation Policy:
An order can be cancelled before it gets dispatched. Customer request for refund will be processed through the initial mode of payment within 7 working days.
