Lohri comes every year on January 13, this auspicious festival has a significant meaning in India. Delicious food, folk songs, and a good time with family around bone fair is one of the way to celebrate this festival. This festival is celebrated in whole India, but most favourably in Northern parts of India – Punjab, Himanchal Pradesh and Haryana. 1. Gajak (1 Piece) –

3. Rewari –

4. Til Ka Ladoo –

One til ka ladoo contains 60 calories. Til ka ladoo is also good for heart by lowering the blood pressure because of presence of magnesium. This sweet also have fat burning property.  

5. Popcorn –

Per 100gm popcorn contains 375 calories. Popcorn is high in various important nutrients like vitamins, minerals and etc and also a good source of fiber.   

6. Sarso Da Saag and Makai ki roti –

1 makai roti contains 144.2 kg and 1 bowl of sarso da saag contains 92.4kg. This is very nutritional food. This dish also known to boost immunity and prevent diseases during winter season. It also rich in protein and fibres.
